Who we are
Flarepoint Labs ([Company No.], United Kingdom) makes the Digital Movie Poster. This policy covers this website, the launch list, and data handled by the device and app.
The launch list
When you join the launch list we store your email address, the time you gave it, and the page you gave it on. We use it solely to send campaign news, and we stop when you unsubscribe. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link. We never sell or share the list.
Telemetry
Device telemetry is off by default. If you opt in, we receive crash counts and playback health (whether posters and teasers played successfully), tied to a rotating anonymous install identifier, never to your name or email. The consent screen in the app links here, and you can switch it off at any time. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent.
What we never collect
What's in your library, what you watch, and what's on your screen stay in your home. Now Showing runs between your own devices on your own network.
This website
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Search queries on the Search page are sent to TMDB through our server to fetch results and are not stored.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased. Email [privacy contact] and we'll act within one calendar month. If we fall short, you can complain to the ICO.
