If you own a poster
Your account, your poster and the app are covered by the product privacy policy, which is the one your account accepts in the app and the one to read for the full detail: every lawful basis, every processor, retention, international transfers and your rights. What follows here is a summary of it, not a second policy.
The launch list
When you join the launch list we store your email address, the time you gave it, and the page you gave it on. We use it solely to send campaign news, and we stop when you unsubscribe. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link. We never sell or share the list.
Telemetry
Device telemetry is off by default. If you opt in, we receive crash counts and playback health (whether posters and trailers played successfully), tied to a rotating anonymous install identifier, never to your name or email. The consent screen in the app links to the product privacy policy, and you can switch it off at any time. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent.
What we never collect
What's in your library, what you watch, and what's on your screen stay in your home. Now Showing runs between your own devices on your own network.
This website
The site sets no cookies until you choose. If you accept the analytics prompt, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages matter, with IP anonymisation on; decline it (or ignore it) and nothing is set, and your choice is remembered on your device. Google's processing is described in its own privacy policy. Search queries on the Search page are sent to TMDB through our server to fetch results and are not stored.
You can change your mind here at any time, and taking consent back is as easy as giving it: the button clears your answer and deletes the analytics cookies from this browser, then asks you again.

Your rights
