The story

Built on a living-room wall.

Flarepoint Labs began with a spare monitor, a wall bracket, and a simple thought: the films we love deserve better than a screen saver. The first Digital Movie Poster was built for one home, this one, and it has run every evening since: artwork rotating through the afternoon, the screen waking for the evening show, the poster changing the moment someone presses play.

The campaign exists because the prototype refuses to be a secret. Kickstarter-first means backers fund the production run: a real product that already works, filmed honestly in the home it runs in, not a render of something we hope to build.

What we hold to

Three promises.

It keeps working

Posters already on the device keep showing even when the internet doesn't, and nothing you bought is held hostage to an account or a fee.

Honest hardware

Real footage of a real device, honest delivery dates, and campaign brakes decided before launch: waves, caps, and no promises we can't keep.

Compliant by design

Teasers through the official player, discovery through licensed data, original artwork in our marketing. Built properly from day one, not patched when someone notices.
