Flarepoint Labs declares that the Digital Poster meets the security requirements of the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022 and the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.

No universal default passwords

Every device is issued a unique credential when it is provisioned. There is no shared or default password on any unit.

Reporting security issues

Our vulnerability disclosure policy is published at /security, with a monitored contact address.

Security update period

We will provide security updates for the Digital Poster for a minimum of three years from the date the last unit was sold.
